Individual Therapy Sessions
Individual therapy involves analyzing the circumstances surrounding a client’s presenting problems and targeting specific interventions (cognitive, behavioral, relational, etc.) to mitigate them. Treatment requires active participation and collaboration with the client and will involve practicing skills outside of sessions. My treatment approach is modeled after Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, although specific techniques and interventions come from other styles such as Positive Psychology, Mindfulness Training, Narrative Therapy, and Existential Therapy.
Individual therapy is limited to adult clients only and the typical duration of services is 12-36 months.
